As promised , we have a new forum to TCM. This is a full english web with better look and easier than last. A meeting point for those interested in the program and where we can discuss everything related to TCM.

During these early stages, you will go seeing as the forum may be changing with new information and new content and sections.

Forum Change

TCM hear your opinions.

During last hours, we received many suggestions about change forum site for a full english forum. Well, you are right. We are working with a full english forum to will be more confortable than actually. Maybe it will be avaliable in a few days.

We will not be able to migrate all existing messages (Fortunately not reach the dozen) from the TCM Staff  we ask you to be patient because the current forum will be deactivated.

We believe it is better to stop now and lose the few posts there but gain efficiency and convenience for users.

Welcome to Training Comunity Management program.

We are a strongest community in BMS, well I know we have a lot own problems but If we can flight together, why not train together? This is an experimental blog make to Falcon community for do it.

The goal is not rediscover combat tactics, as each squad has probably his own, but maybe we can learn to cope with everyday situations or anomalies that are not so common  to deal it.

Veteran pilots and noobs, no difference for us. All squads may participate in our operations to obtain the bigger experience for the community. The study of debriefings and ACMIs give us the best raw material to analyze and discuss. The management of each critical point in the missions will be polished to ensure the best path to success mission.
